Mediation for Managers and Assistant Managers set for May 13, 2014

As an update on this prior post, Bed Bath & Beyond Inc. (BBBY) has confirmed in Court filings that it will attempt mediation on May 13, 2014 (previously scheduled for August 15, 2013) with the proposed class action entitled Christopher Cameron, et al v. Bed Bath & Beyond Inc., Los Angeles Superior Court Case No. BC 408191, in a case led by Richard E. Quintilone II Esq (req@quintlaw.com) and lawyers from multiple firms. This case currently involves only non-exempt managers, senior managers, department managers and assistant managers from the over 110 California store locations.
